Our friendly staff offers an incredible customer experience. We don’t employ pushy salespeople. You’ll be greeted as soon as you arrive at BeBe without that uncomfortable feeling of walking into a sales trap. Instead, you will be given an ice-cold drink and allowed to freely browse the materials and examples of designs in our shop. Our free, high-speed wifi allows you to search for all the latest designs online and scour our Pinterest boards for styles you like.
You will see plenty of hugs outside our shop when orders are finished. Seeing this tells us that the staff has really made a connection with their customers. The more we know our customer’s personality, the better we will be able to find the right style, colours and fit. At BeBe, we have managed to turn tailoring into a real Vietnamese experience.

Finding the right fabric for your garment is part of the fun of the design process and, luckily for you, we at BeBe have the largest selection in Hoi An. From linens to silks and cottons– we have it all. Thanks to our relationship with suppliers throughout the world, over 70% of fabrics we offer at BeBe are unique to our store in Hoi An– you won’t find them anywhere else. This is one of the biggest reasons why we get so many people walking in off the street after seeing our fabrics on display. They haven’t seen fabrics like ours anywhere else in Hoi An.
Not only do we have the largest selection of fabrics in the city, but we offer the highest quality fabrics. We use only the best inside our garments, suit interfacing, and zips.

We pride ourselves on this reputation and always want to be transparent. That’s why, when we built our new production facility at the back of BeBe 1, we insisted it was made with large glass windows and the doors remain open to anyone who wants to come in and see exactly what goes on. Worried about the staff conditions? There’s no need to be; just walk straight into the factory and have a look around yourself.
We always want to be fully transparent about pricing with our customers. In the next couple of months, we will be rolling out a new pricing initiative to simplify the process for our customers. You’ll see racks of our fabrics with fixed prices. This will make it so that you can come into our shop and pick a rack of fabric with a price that suits your budget. For example, if a rack is marked $150 USD, you can pick any fabric on that rack to make your garment for $150 USD. This new system will help us be even clearer with our customers. It also lets you know exactly what your options are within your budget.

We are very responsive to our customers and potential clients. We keep your measurements on file and the process is easy. Send us a photo of what you’re looking for and we will send photos of the fabrics that will be suitable for your design. Your new clothes can be with you within 2 weeks.

Air-conditioning: it’s important. When the temperature outside rises to nearly 40-degrees and you’re trying on a winter coat, you will start to agree! It’s helpful that BeBe has free and fast wifi throughout for multiple reasons. The most obvious is that you can access design ideas from online, including styles from lead designer, Pinterest, Instagram and others. If there is a colour, cut, or other customisation that you want for your garment, you can find an image online that we can use as a reference when making your piece.

Our tailors are the very best in town and we’re one of only a few businesses in town with tailors that are located on-site, inside the four walls of our shop. This is of major benefit to you since it means the staff that took your measurements are in direct and constant contact with the tailor sewing your suit. BeBe is owned by Miss Be who is one of 14 children. Many of the extended BeBe family work at our stores. This is what gives our shops the atmosphere it’s so well-known for. When we say we’re a “Family Business” we mean it.
We believe that our staff are a vital part of the BeBe “family” and are integral to the overall “feel” of our stores. We care about the staff here and know that staff happiness is reflected in the happy atmosphere of our store.
It’s because we care deeply that we make every effort to ensure our staff, the people who keep the shop running, are happy and cared for. Such efforts include supplying free meals on all shifts, no one has to worry about ordering takeaway. After lunch, all our staff is given time for a nap. Sounds dreamy right? We really appreciate the hard work our staff put in and are continually looking for ways to make sure they know we care.
We’ve found that shortening working days increases productivity and contentment amongst employees. Our staff now work a normal 8-hour shift and enjoy other employee benefits like weekend team-building trips (which are more like a mega-parties), free uniforms, and staff discounts.
